We provide a confidential sounding board to support your personal growth working with you over a 6-12 month coaching period

Whether you are a highly experienced seasoned negotiator or a beginner, coaching is an important piece of the development puzzle in helping you gain further self-awareness and helping to clarify your own personal goals and unlock your full potential.

We are not consultants or therapists or there to solve client problems. We ask questions to help individuals clarify and solve their own problems; providing a confidential and supportive sounding board for individuals. We ask questions, challenge assumptions and yes, sometimes, with permission, provide advice.

Coaching involves a series of phases, starting with assessment, goal setting, and development planning, and then progressing through the development plan and if agreed, periodic check-ins with the individual's manager. The process is over when the development goal(s) is achieved, or when the coach and/or individual decides that it should stop. The typical duration of a coaching engagement is 6 to 12 months.

In addition, we can also administer and help interpret 360-degree and behavioural assessments, conduct confidential interviews in order for you to gain individual self-awareness, and establish development goals.
